Used zvbgkkn through four major updates and each one moved in the right direction. Auto-sync kicked in within five seconds of connecting to Wi-Fi after an offline session. Short sessions remain the sweet spot for me.
Came back to zvbgkkn after a failed experiment with a self-hosted alternative. Downloading content over mobile data proceeds even when I've enabled the Wi-Fi-only download setting. Consider this a field note from daily use rather than a launch-day rave.

The main appeal of zvbgkkn for me is how it handles multiple accounts without friction. Links opened from outside the app land on the home screen rather than the relevant content. Worth a download, especially if offline access is the feature you need.

I picked up zvbgkkn to replace a buggy competitor that stopped functioning after an OS update. The app ignores Do Not Disturb mode and sends banners when it should be silent. Marking this four stars as an honest midpoint; I expect to revise upward.

I switched to zvbgkkn specifically for the offline reading feature and it has delivered on that. The mute-all-ads setting in premium tier has worked without reverting across three updates. Still the best option I've found for this task — three years and counting.
